Hi Gurus,
how can i send the approval request submitted by email to the followers, specially they are not users on the system. I need to send the email with submission, approval or rejection and final status.

Hello,
You may create controller to handle approval/rejection by email so even if receiver of email is not user then also they can click button in email and controller will be trigger and done job.
