Hi - i am using Odoo 13 community edition. I can see Odoo has email facility however i am stuck on some places and need further advise. 

1. Does Odoo email have recall system. (For ex: if email send to wrong person then i can recall it.)

2. Does Odoo email allow bcc from CRM module. 

3. If i use outlook and want a a email from here to directly go to CRM and create lead and assigned to the salesperson and customer through that email. 

4. I want email to be visible to various pipeline stages only. Is this possible through customization. 

Please if someone can guide and advise if above is possible and customization needed so i can check with some developer.
