I'm creating mailings using the email marketing module, and after the mails are sent, I go to the campaign detail and I see the error message "NN email(s) have been ignored and will not be sent". When I go to the details I can see a list of valid email addresses, but no explanation why the email was not sent.
How can I get a detailed explanation?
Did you check the log entries?
Did you checked your EMAIL SMTP settings for Outgoing Email ?
@Ermin, it looks like Odoo deliberately filtered those emails, so, there is no error message in the logs as it seems not to be an error, but some rule.
@Sunny, it is not an SMTP problem as the rest of the emails (~90%) were sent. The filtering happens BEFORE they are sent to the SMTP.
