Hi everyone,

I am trying Odoo now and I do NOT see the email editor toolbar (both for email or email templates), any idea to solve this?

I have the trial version.

Hi, 

+1 on same issue on Odoo SaaS v16, paid version, on email templates. 

The actual interface does not correspond to what is shown in the official documentation for Odoo v16 : editor toolbar is missing (however a contextual basic toolbar appears when selecting text), and the Dynamic placeholders are missing when using the "/" command.

Any hint if this might be caused by a setting somewhere in the Odoo parameters?  I haven't identified if/where editor options can be configured.
