This may sound like a really silly question but I've looked all over and wasn't able to find the answer.  

Fleet Vehicle Module .

We like to send an Email Confirmation in Vehicles Services Logs to the manager when the user Create a vehicle log service also get notify if the request has been validate or not and a bare state in users Account in TOP-Right ( Confirmed or Canceled  ) ] need your help please
