 E-mail correspondences and not linked 
o When we receive an e-mail, and while replying, the reply goes to the sender as a standalone reply without the original e-mail. The thread of e-mail functionality is not available in ODOO. 
o The ticketing system is mainly used for tracking and response mechanism. If the sender always receives the answers in a separate note, it will confuse us as he might not interlink our response to his query. In different words, with every response, the sender might need to go through his e-mails to track the correspondence chain, which is impractical. 


 Sending a new e-mail to unlisted (not saved) account: 
o We cant send e-mails to unsaved e-mail accounts in ODOO registry, the e-mail account should be saved as a contact, and then we can send.
