I can send emails individually.

I have set up automations. I cant post images for some reason on this post but I have an automation to send email when "Won".


The email image shows  up in the right panel of the lead eg lead added, stage changed, then email body


But emails are never sent or received


I am also trying to set up similar emails for the various pipeline stages eg order placed, delivered etc but when I update that part of the pipeline it doesn't even show as an email was attempted.


I am sure this is just a setting I am missing but it is frustrating.

Any ideas?

Yes this is exactly what I have done but they are not coming through. I cant post images her apparently to show you.

I am also not find that emails going out with images are not being opened with the images showing

Kindly confirm Image map in crm with any field or not if not in case image is fixed for all emails or dynamic

Are you receiving the emails in the inbox and images missing from it ? or email itself is not received in the mail box ?
From the admin login, see the Emails menu and see if the email is generated and if yes, see the status of the email and to address

Hello Mark, 

For this i've create one custom email template "CRM Custom Email Template"

I've setup this automation configuration.


In that case if any lead stage change to "WON" in that case automatically email trigger.
