in Odoo On-premises 17, i set all config's for get and create ticket from email for helpdesk tea. but i did not get any ticket and i just see sended message in email inbox and did not convert to ticket.is anybody can help me for fix this issue?

Yes I have done that. But I'm on Odoo op-premises and I still have problems converting and receiving emails to tickets in the helpdesk module.

Did you configure incoming mail server in the settings ?
