  1. I am trying to eliminate the filter from the location_dest_id field, so that it shows me all the locations, without having to give access to companies, I have already tried changing attributes but it doesn't work, any ideas?
  2. if i add another similar field, this use the same domain, only filter for the company that the user access

I think what you try is in conflict with the Multi Company access rights. So you will not succeed this way.

what's your underlying business need for seeing locations across all companies? Is there a specific workflow you're trying to enable?
