i have customers in CRM + i can go into the customer screen and add log notes + i can export log notes as messages
i thought that i could import log note messages using the Customer Import tool
but i cant get date time format to be accepted by Odoo on import
also i dont know if that is the correct way to import these Log messages
anybody know?
i have tried many times also
i can export the log note in crm and contacts , also products
and i can import the data normally withour any mistake, but after import, it can't be showed in new odoo system
