How can I configure eCommerce to allow the customer specify product quantity before pressing the Add to cart button?

Were you able to find a solution to this? I'm having a similar issue in V16 where the add to cart button has been turned on and shown on each product, but you cannot select the quantity so it only adds 1 QTY to the cart.

Yes, on v16 you have to turn on the Select Quantity switch on Customize panel on the right. On the product detail view.
