I need to setup access rights for user which will be selling using the sales order + invoice flow, however i do not want them to be able to do returns or credit notes. I am using a test user to test the access. I duplicated the accounting/billing and named it accounting/sales rep, i gave them the proper buttons accesses on studio, however, no matter what i do, the user cannot post invoices, invoices stay in "Draft". If i duplicate the billing access group and assign the new group to my test user, i was expecting to have the same behavior, but is not happening. I wrote an support ticket almost two weeks ago to Odoo support and still not getting any solution. Do you know what may be happening or what i am missing?
