With Odoo 11 I' ve defined a product category with Invenory Valuation = Automated
The entry are perfectly posted in the Stock Journal but I would like them to be in Unposted State but could not find out how to setup it.
Any help is welcome

yes it is true that with perpetual valuation entries are booked in real time and it is working.
but I would like those entries to be in draft mode and not validated mode

As i know from Odoo Documentation, In a perpetual inventory valuation, goods receptions and outgoing shipments are posted in your books in real time.
