I'm encountering an issue while downloading the document layout preview. some of the content appear to hidden, and there is excessive space on the footer and I can't find the appropriate settings for the template layout and the footer settings. could you please assist me in resolving this problem.

Hi,
The issue can be off many reasons. Generically you can do the following checking
* Set report.url in the system parameters
* Ensure to use wkhtmltpdf 0.12.5 version
* Values are correctly record in used paper format

Please change your paper formatting styles and try again You can change the paper formatting from
settings-> Technical ->Reporting -> Paper Format
