You can add custom fields to capture the start of day and end of day readings and calculate the order quantity.

would you please give me more details ?

Odoo has extremely powerful customisation capabilities. In your case for example, you can customise the Sales Order or Invoice Lines related model and screens to add 2 new fields to capture the start and end reading and calculate the quantity based on the difference between the two. This is based on the assumption that you want to use it to track daily sales. You can do more if you also want to keep track of inventory, etc.

Hello,

The gas itself should be considered as the product in Odoo and thus you will be able to use Point of Sale (POS). All you will need to do is to configure your product.

what i mean , is how to calculate sales quantity using odoo .. in the gas pump counter for example start with 1000 liter , and in the end of the day its become 4000 liters , so system should calculate qty as 3000 liters .. and then posting sales order on daily basis

is that available ?? or even something slimier to that ?

The question should be "How does Odoo suit the requirements of a gas station?". Odoo is an industry-neutral business software like many others. Using set-up and customizations, it can be adapted to the requirements of different industries.

As you seem not to be aware of how modern business software works and what the basic concepts are, I recommend you to watch  the introductory video tutorials of Odoo first, then you may be able to ask concrete questions.
