in OE 12 I cannot find a Done status for a Sale order
Am i missing something ?

The "done" status is optional. In settings, enable "Lock Confirmed Sales" and then it is available. It's the same as in Odoo 11.

many thanks for your answser
the problem is that I use "delived quantities" as invoicing policy so I cannot enable "Lock Confirmed Sales".
What i've done is that when the sale order is Fully invoiced I manually Lock the Sale order so that no more quantities can be entered; but my SO remains Locked while I would prefer to have it Closed
