Hi guys, I need some help.

I'm creating some visualisation limitation rules for contacts, leads and sales orders.

I've created a field to associate more than one sales assistant, but only in contacts.

In other words, a sales assistant can only view the contacts associated with him or created by him, the leads only those created by him and associated with him, and in sales and invoices the same thing.

But I'm having problems creating the domain, in contacts I've already got it working in parts, but when I was creating it for leads I got this message, when accessing the lead form with a sales assistant

and I have the domains in the contacts like this

in the leads I tried it that way:

but I get the message above, I no longer know how to create the path so that I can access the lead form from the business user.

Can someone help me?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much for your reply.

However, that's not quite the problem. I found out what happened.

When the lead is created by the user himself, the error doesn't appear, but when it's created by another user and assigned to that commercial, the message appears.

The problem is that a domain is missing in case the lead is created by an administrator (for example), and assigned to that commercial.

That's basically what's missing.

But thanks anyway.

Hello Noemi

I believe that the problem is in the data it self

You are trying to access a lead which you do have access to

but this lead has a partner which you dont have access to

thats why this error appeared

Try to change the contacts in this lead and try to open it again

I hope this helps
