Hello , plz i need help when i want to create a new parent or school i have this problem : << The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

(Document type: Parent Information, Operation: create) - (Records: [6], User: 2)

> NB : I use account Admin and all access rights in this account but same error odoo V12

Hi,

In the previous versions the admin users wont get any access rights Issue. But in Odoo12 we have the concept of the Superuser, the superuser will bypass the access rights issues. After activating the developer mode. click the debugger button in the top menu bar near logged in users name and click the Become Superuser option from it. Once you clicked it, you wont get the access rights issues.

The above method wont fix your problem, what you have to do is that, you have to grand access for the logged in users group to the corresponding model. Here the model is Parent Information and logged in users group have no create access. So provide the users create access and see.

For adjusting the access rights, navigate to Settings -> Technical -> Security -> Access Rights/ Record Rules
