Hello, I wanted to make absences and late appear on the payslip, what I did is the blank work entries in the employee for example he/she is late for 20 mins, I will put a new work entry which will be late or absent. What I can't figure out is in the payslip rule, I can't seem to get the working hours of the late/absent work entry type.

"Salary Rules" is not a question. A question is a substantial phrase that ends with "?"
We get close to 1,000 posts a month and not everyone will open a post to find out what your question is.
I have edited your post to make the title a question.
In the future, please consider (1) using a Question that makes it clear what you ask without requiring people to open your post and (2) adding Tags. This will often increase the chances people will respond and also make everything clearer for others who may come along later searching for the same thing.
Failing that, you can paste your future posts into an AI Chatbot and ask it to "please generate a question of no more than 16 words that summarizes what I am asking" and use that as your question.

Thanks! it helped me with the absences but I still cannot figure out how to configure lates.
My problem is for example: an employee has a schedule of 8am-5pm and he checks-in at 8:30 -which is late, but what he does is he checks-out late at 5:30 pm. In the payslip and work entry it is still recognized as 8 hours of work but the employee was late and we did not approve the overtime.
