I have a new db with installed 100+ custom modules, everything looks fine when I open Menu Settings -> General Settings warning showing without any action "Disabling this option will also uninstall the following modules" with a couple of module names. If I ignore warnings and do any changes in general settings that warning modules uninstall automatically. If you got an idea related to this please share here.
Yup, it looks like dependency related issue, but in the popup warning show 'Quotation Builder' official module name.

Hi,
Normally this message is raised when some boolean fields in the settings(which is linked with modules) is un ticked from the settings.
So in your case some how some of such fields is getting unticked manually or from some where and thus this message comes.
May be any custom codes making problem ? Please cross check and see.
Thanks

This is an intended feature, what is your point? This is not a question.
Question is that module goes uninstall automatically when any general settings change save, and how to stop that warning when I just open general settings. Is that feature !.
