I am using V13 Community.
We use iPad for Point Of Sale with Epson M30 connected on the network.
In the settings of each Point of Sale, we have added the Ip Address of each Printers in Odoo Point Of Sale Setting.
When printing POS receipt its open Popup from browser. So it seems like printing functionality is using Browser and Ethernet both at a time. We want to prevent popup that appears from browser.
Anyone can help me on this?

Hello, If you are using firefox:
- Set your ticket printer as default
- Go to About:config
- Find parameter print.always_print_silent
- set it to true
If you are using Chrome
- Follow the link: https://help.brightpearl.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028542572-Chrome-settings-for-silent-printing
This will automatically send the printout to the default printer without displaying a dialog box.
