Do you think is it possible to set a different scheduled date for any product row into the same SO?

We manage the inventory in 3 steps (pick, pack, out) and we need to automatically generate them for each different scheduled dates indicated into the SO.

 
For example: 
we have a unique SO with 3 different products (3 rows) and for every product (row) my customer needs a specific scheduled date.  Can I set different shipment date for each row? Can I automatically generate e  3 pick, 3 pack, and 3 out?
