I created an expense for testing , after i want delete it : they give me error message
Can someone explain how i can delete ?

sorry i didn't explain the case , i have delete all entry in accounting referring to expense when i tried to delete , the error message displayed :
You can not delete a posted or approved expense report.
It ok i found a solution , i have delete expense (data) from database directly.

Give the Acess rights of manager to that user then you will be able to delete the expense.
