How can I delete or cancel a purchase that was recorded twice and in which goods were received and returned?

You can't always delete in Odoo, and most of the time you will get an error.
In your case, with the information provided, if you have received the goods, you would need to issue a return of the goods of that purchase order, archive both actions
cancel the purchase order by return it to draft, and then archive it.
I think.
