For version 9, When I try to Delete a cancelled quotation i get the following message:
Odoo Warning - Warning - You can only delete draft quotations!
What can I do to delete it? I couldn't find a way to put it back on draft state either.

Sorry folks, I just found that the button "convertir a presupuesto" will set it to draft,
Translation for "convertir a presupuesto" means set as quotation, so I never thought this button will set it to draft so it can be deleted.
