The employee time shift is 8:00AM to 5:00PM, but when an employee checks in late(8:10), it will pop up a notification with 2 buttons: Confirm and Ignore in Absent Reconciliation and when we click Confirm it will auto create Unpaid leave and deduct salary that employee

Check in late > 60 minutes deduct salary rate($) per day 
Example : Salary per day is 10$ so it will deduct 10$
