We had created a database a few months ago that we used with the free version sales app. The database has been unused for a few months and now trying to access it again we can't find it. The database list is empty as if we had never created any database.
Is it possible that a database is deleted if not used? Is there any possibility to recover it? We tried to contact technical support but without success.

I hope you may have notified via email about this period of inactivity by Odoo. The only people you can get help from is from the odoo support, you can create a ticket here: https://www.odoo.com/help
If you already created and received any response, try sending a followup email in the same ticket and see.
