I am new to erp concept as well as python and postgres but the passion iam into Odoo .. When i installed prebuilded openerp8 in aws ec2 i got the some prebuilding openerp but iam want only  HR module only with Oauth, Instant chat, mailling and API with PHP.. Also i tried on web tut,forums as well as youtube still i can't conclude.

Please give basic stuff of Openerp Framework and show me best tut point of Openerp
