Running V12 enterprise on odoo.sh.
We have various price lists, connected to one or several customers.
This works fine when entering orders manually in the backend. However: if the customer has portal access we have an issue. When the price lists is not linked to the website the price will be the that of the standard price list (so no discount). When we link the price list to the website, every user will see the lowest prices. What should happen is that a customer should see their specific pricing after logging in. What am I missing? Is this general behavior or perhaps linked to the website template? Input appreciated.
Hello Mohammed,
We have setup the price lists in this way but for some reason they don't get applied when the user orders via the portal / website

Hello,
I saw your configuration you didn't select website in prices-list, that's why you didn't see prices-list not applied.
Select website for that prices-list then it should work
Step you missed I shown in this video have a look : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kF1fplIuL56shkF5DnqxLHRXdjwh2kjg/view
Well....when a price list is linked to the specific website (any price list, linked or not to the portal user), the discounted price is shown to all users. But again the discount does not get applied when adding an item to the cart.

the latter could be a template problem, not sure....
