If he activates the notification by email, my client receive a notification when the client opens the portal view.
He just want to receive the answer from the client and not every action made on it.

Hello, at the bottom of this page, you can see people who follows this object & edit what a type of action need to be notify.

Hello, this is nice to know, thanks for that. But in my example, my customer receives many notifications for the same quotation views even if these are not activated in the user's settings.
