Hello,

Just tried to run customer portal feature to see what customer may see after creating own account - and it seems that only own (personal) data like name, email, phone.. but not any vital data like i.e. invoices paid nor invoices to be paid.

Are there any additional steps other than:

1) enabling portal access

2) setting customer account as 'follower' on any activity

to be able to define what customer may see through customer portal? I.e., I would like to show to customer invoices (paid & to be paid) - is it somehow 'clickable', or development needs to be done?

regards

Tomasz

No any development needed !! :)

- In customer portal, the logged user can see own documents only.

Suppose, you create sale quote of customer and sent to customer now login with that customer account and under my account you can see customer quote...

No need to set customer account as follower manually(automatically done the same thing once you sent quote to customer)

ok, but customer without having access to odoo, cannot create documents (i.e. invoice) to become its owner; if there a way to change ownership of, for example, invoice, for customer to see it in portal?

may be. You can play with record rule defined to see own documents only...
