How do I revalue foreign currencies accounts in my statement

ex: if my usd bank account balance was 1000$ at the end of last year which means that its value was 27,000 EGP with exchange rate (27) and no transactions were made from this account. now if I opened any statement this account's balance will be 27,000  although the rate now in 30.9
