As a business owner from Lebanon, I'm planning to use Odoo for a small business. However, I'm facing an issue with the currency exchange rate due to the current crisis in Lebanon.
I would like to know how to configure Odoo to accept payments in both USD and LBP, with the local exchange rate of 1 USD = 90,000 LBP. Additionally, I would like to know how to change the exchange rate in case of further devaluation.

1. Go to Accounting ‣ Configuration ‣ Currencies.
2. Add the exchange rate manually.
