When I run reports on several companies (e.g. Sales), the figures of the individual companies are added correctly, but without taking the different currencies into account. If, for example, Indonesian Rupiahs are added to American Dollars, we suddenly have completely crazy numbers.
Something similar I have also observed, when I create a sales document, create the first line in e.g. dollars, then switch to EUR on the second line, only the currency symbol is changed, but not the amount, resulting in obviously wrong and also dangerous values.

The same error occurs when you are only in one organization, but have sales documents in different currencies. If you then display a sales overview (Sales/Orders/Orders), the documents are displayed in their correct currencies, but the total is also incorrect, since only the numbers are added together and the currencies are not taken into account.
I find this really unbelievable, also the behavior of Odoo on these really serious bugs. As I said before, SAP and Microsoft they are laughing their heads off...

You can easily update your currency for different companies in the currency field in company form

Thanks for your answer, I already realize that and of course I did. So: Company A, currency Indonesian Rupiah. Company B: currency USD. I create a sales report (standard, Sales - Reporting) on both companies (i.e. both are activated in the list of companies), the numerical values are added, but the currency (of one) is not converted. Result: complete nonsense.

this seems to be a long-term bug, at least I have seen very old posts on this topic. I guess nobody has solved it yet. Very strange, it destroys one of the biggest advantages of a multicompany system.
