My website is in Canada, and all of my inventory comes in as US Dollars.  The site is setup as a Canadian Address, and Currency is USD

When I go to process the cart, it does not do any Currency Conversion as I think it should.

Should it not look at the country it is shipping to and convert from USD to CAD?

In Odoo, you can configure multi-currency support and set up the currency conversion rates for different currencies.

To enable multi-currency support, go to the "Accounting" app and then navigate to the "Configuration" menu. Under the "Settings" section, select "Currencies" and then click on the "Activate multi-currencies" checkbox.

Once multi-currency support is enabled, you can set up the currency conversion rates for the currencies you want to support. To do this, go to the "Currencies" menu under the "Accounting" app and select the currency you want to configure. Then, click on the "Conversion Rates" tab and enter the conversion rate for that currency.

If you want to automatically convert the currency at the time of payment, you may need to integrate a payment gateway or service that supports multi-currency transactions and automatic currency conversion. Alternatively, you can manually convert the prices for your inventory and display them on your website in CAD for customers in Canada.

It's also important to ensure that your website clearly indicates the currency in which prices are displayed and that customers are aware of any potential currency conversion fees that may be applied by their bank or payment provider.
