CRM v13: How to restrict visibility between sales teams ?

Question

ABC company: have 2 sales teams.
Team A: have 1 x Sales Manager (users: all documents), 2 x Sales Rep (uers: own documents)
Team B:  have 1 x Sales Manager (users: all documents), 2 x Sales Rep (uers: own documents)

Problem: Sales Manager from Team A can see leads/opp from Sales Rep from Team B and even leads/opp created by Sales Manager from Team B.
Please help with the solution on how to set access right & record rules to only allow Sales Manager from Team A to access all lead/opp from their

Hello,
As I understood your query, If you want to give *all records access *to specific people among all the people with the same access rights then you can create a *new boolean field* in *Users*.
Set the *access rules* according to your required domain with *one more condition *based on *this field*. If this field is true then all the conditions will be *bypassed *and all records will be *accessible *by the specific users.

You can create record rule with domain "current user is team leader" and assign to group "Users: own documents".
