What is the formula behind days to convert in the measurements on the reporting of OPP?
I see the number but I don't understand it.
In my situation, I have 21 days and I see 4 OPP. What does this mean?

Is the days between creation of 'Lead' to conversion to an Opportunity
In your example, 4 leads were converted to opportunity and the sum total of days they were Leads is 21
