Odoo Community Edition 12.0

I want to start using the email-an-opportunity-to-the-pipeline feature of CRM module.  This says "send and email to sales@mycorrectdomain", which would be a group on an already configured email server (Google Business)

Where do I configure where this authenticates or whatever to generate leads from this group email?  Do I need to have a distinct user inbox or can this be done with just a group?  Right now I am not having Odoo grab my incoming mail.  If I enable that maybe that will sort things internally?  

Additionally, did I see something in here that will allow email vendor bills?  I cannot find it for the life of me right now.  This is another group email account that I would like to configure to deliver to the accounting section.
