I have enabled sales credit limits. I am now wondering if there is a report where I can see which customers have limits set, how much they owe, highlighting the ones which are over their limit.
Does anyone know if such a report exists?

You can create a report by using the Odoo Spreadsheet.
Select all the Customers and click on Actions > Insert in Spreadhsheet
In the Spreadsheet add two new columns for Credit and Day Sales Outstanding
You can add the formula in the column like following:
