This is regarding Odoo enterprise 13 Documents Module ; 

As a default behaviour , inside Odoo Documents when selecting a document , it allows the user to create ( Vendor Bill, Credit Note, etc.. ) along with the document as attachement

I want to create an action which will allow user to create a Journal Entry  along with document as attachment
