I have installed odoo 10 in windows server 2012 on my VM, it seems alright fine until i want to configure the Emailing, where i didn't find the button to send emails, also when i made the outgoing and ongoing email config, nothing work for me.
Plz any help with these.

when the in-box is empty, there is nothing to reply to! try to send an email to your odoo installation, then you will be able to reply it when received by Odoo
Otherwise, open a customer form or any other contact form; at the bottom you will be able to send an email (or post an internal note)
