i created a new module using Pycharm but it didn't apear on odoo web interface.

1. Open Odoo.conf and check the custom module path provided properly or not,(addon path).
2. Restart Service
3. Enable Technical mode and update app list
first check your module path in odoo.conf file
than you need to update app list from apps menu
