How to use contract_product?

-> add a "is a contract"-product to the shop

-> add a Contract template with a new produkt "Annualy Fee"

On Costumers Cart:

-> After checkout costumer have to confirm the sales order (with signature etc).
Is this necassary? Or its possible, that sales order is confirmed with the check out process?

-> The Contract adding by system dont use the template, i have manually to activate the periodical invoice.

Is it configurable to do this automaticly?
