Hi 

Please, we are using odoo 16, whenever we want to close the session it will keep loading for over 3 hours and it eventually show close control.

What could be the cause. it started about 4 days ago

We are hosting on a different cloud server

Hi,
I believe there were an indexing issue with stock valuation layer model, if you are using the enterprise, create a support ticket for the same. We were having issue with one of our client in which, the odoo was hosted in Odoo SH and connection was getting lost after 15 min of trying to close.

We raised a support ticket and technical support adjusted the indexing of SVL and now the session can be closed in 1 min.

So raise a ticket and see in your case.
