What is the actual concept of contact Merge in res.partner tree action?

The use of contact merge is to deduplicate partners by join them using the specified criteria

Thanks for your reply, If I merge two contacts then what will happen to its related users and from which contact to contact that is merged, I mean any priority to merge?

Yes. You can select into what partner the others will be merged
