Unfortunately the link shown above did not solve my problem. (after restarting postgresql/odoo and cache clearing)
1) Which developer mode shoud i enable (with/without assets)?
2) There is no Dropdown Menue (changing the sequenze number manually did nothing).
3) Above solution is for version 10!
4) Is there no file where i can change the values by code?
My version is 12 (basic installation + contacts module)
