Hi, is there a way to set the list view in contacts as default? Thx in advance

Thx for the prompt answere!
Unfortunately the link shown above did not solve my problem. (after restarting postgresql/odoo and cache clearing)
1) Which developer mode shoud i enable (with/without assets)?
2) There is no Dropdown Menue (changing the sequenze number manually did nothing).
3) Above solution is for version 10!
4) Is there no file where i can change the values by code?
My version is 12 (basic installation + contacts module)
