Hi, I am using Odoo SaaS v.19


I am trying to connect Stripe to our account, but when I try to complete a payment with card, the following error comes up: 


I created the Stripe account externally through Stripe´s website, not through Odoo.

I input the correct Publishable key and Secret key, generated the webhook successfuly, but still it doesn´t work.


I don´t understand if I am missing a step or something else.
I would appreciate any input.

Hello, good news if you solved your issue :)

The problem was that the account acct_1RUDaSFLZzlQ6nSx referenced in the error message was indeed an account created from Odoo, and not from Stripe.

The module expected you to either enter keys matching that account or unlink the newly created account, which you indirectly did by uninstalling the module.

Update:

I solved the issue by compelte uninstalling Stripe from the Apps module. Reinstalled it, put the credentials again, generated the webhook, and it worked straight away.
