Configuring htaccess with Odoo?

Hello Everyone,

I'm attempting to configure the htaccess file for my server to prevent bots accessing and ruining my analytic reports.

However, when applying the htaccess file to the server, this doesn't seem to be working at all.

Does something special need to be done to configure this?
