I want to translate company data so that they appear to the external_layout_header according to the language of the customer.
Any ideas?

Please use the default translate feature in the "edit external layout" view:

I have used the functionality 'Edit Translations' in the report_invoice_document where field titles such as amount, TIN etc are translated according to the customer's language, but in the specific case of the external layout header I want the content of the fields of company data (such as company.rml_header1) to be translated.
Are you using version 8.0?
