Hello,

I need help with Google calendar synchronization.

I have 5 users in odoo. we have one common google calendar which is synchronized via the google api via my account. each of the odoo users has access to both google calendar and odoo calendar. the problem arises when the user enters an event through his Google account into the common calendar. the event is synchronized, but they assigned my account as the organizer and as the person responsible. in that case, all events in the odoo calendar are displayed to me (admin) and not to users, and we have to change them manually.

Can this problem be solved?

I need the organizer and the responsible person to be assigned to the odoo account who entered the event

my new findings:

  when the user enters an event from the google calendar and I do not refresh the calendar in the odoo system within about 15 minutes. so the event remains stored correctly and is assigned to the correct user. but as soon as within 15-30 minutes one of the odoo users refreshes the calendar in odoo, the event is assigned to this odoo user and that is a problem

Hello Silvester,

by editing the code you can add the attendees from your users list it would be possible.

You need the list out of users by using any group and get it in google calendar sync method which are creating the calendar event in odoo . Inside method you can pass the attendees.
